La presente investigación evalúa la gestión escolar para determinar los factores que inciden en la calidad educativa del Distrito de Educación 13D06 Junín - Bolívar, período 2019-2020. Se aplicaron los métodos deductivo, inductivo, analítico y sintético. Primero se realizó el diagnóstico situacional a partir de los informes ejecutivos de rendición de cuentas, luego, el análisis de 173 encuestas dirigidas a servidores distritales (directivos, docentes y administrativos). Los resultados determinaron que existe una deficiente gestión escolar en aspectos como: desarrollo profesional, infraestructura, servicios complementarios y alianzas estratégicas. Se concluye que es urgente diseñar estrategias enfocadas en mitigar los problemas encontrados con respecto al nivel de cumplimiento de los estándares educativos y fortalecer la gestión escolar, para de esta forma contribuir a la mejora de la calidad educativa.</p><p>PALABRAS CLAVE: Administración pública, Otros, Nivel y calidad de vida, Análisis educativo, Gasto público Educativo.</p><p>ABSTRACT<br>School management is a relevant factor in educational quality, and is considered a key factor worldwide. The present research evaluates school management to determine the factors that affect educational quality in the Education District 13D06 Junín - Bolívar, period 2019-2020. Deductive, inductive, analytical and synthetic methods were applied. First, a situational diagnosis was made based on the executive accountability reports, then, the analysis of 173 surveys addressed to district employees (managers, teachers and administrative staff). The results determined that there is a deficient school management in aspects such as: professional development, infrastructure, complementary services and strategic alliances. It is concluded that it is urgent to design strategies focused on mitigating the problems found with respect to the level of compliance with educational standards and to strengthen school management, in order to contribute to the improvement of educational quality.</p><p>KEY WORDS: Public administration, Others, Level and quality of life, Educational analysis, Public educational expenditure.</p> ER -
